First Impressions/Thoughts?

Hey guys! Thanks for visiting the site, it means a lot! So I figured that the first discussion post that should be posted is a place for suggestions on the site. I want to be able to hear from you guys on what to improve and what changes should be made to the site. So please, comment and critique away! Thanks!

First off, I dig the site. My suggestions are just some organizational stuff: maybe create two sections, one for 'Workshop' and one for 'Discussion.' Under the discussion section I think, beyond literary discussion, an off-topic general discussion board would be good for getting to know one another. And maybe the Welcome board can be turned into an Introduction board where new people can introduce themselves.

I don't really have any complaints. Still looking around though.
