Important Questions Regarding the Site! (Please Read and Answer!)

Hey everyone!

So after snooping around on the site, I realized that there isn't a way to share a web document the way you can on Niihka (unless if there is, then in that case feel free to point it out and call me a moron.) With this being the case, what do you think we should do? Are we cool with posting the excerpts into the message boxes? Or do you think we should find a different site where this option would be available?

Second, I was wondering what you guys thought would be best for posting comments. We could post them below the stories like comments. However, I can understand how some people may not want that posted for all to see. If this is the case, would you guys want to do it though the private messaging the website offers?

Please let me know what you think is best for either one of these issues I've seen on the site. It would be really helpful for everyone involved with the online workshop. Thanks for reading and I hope to read your responses soon!

Taking a quick look at the text boxes, I think we can use the "insert a link" button to link to google docs and just provide stories from there.

I don't really know how everyone else feels about comments, but I'll vote for PM'ing or emailing.

Thanks Evan! I saw the share link button but saw it was a URL and just figured that we couldn't do anything with it. But I totally forgot about Google Docs! Thanks for reminding me!

As far as comments go, I'm thinking about just making up to the poster of the story and the person leaving the comments.

I am fine with comments being posted publicly. I think it's good to make sure any comment you make isn't redundant. Any particularly damning criticism can be sent via PM or email.

As for the links...yeah I think GoogleDocs works just fine.
